She is looking for a Go High Level & Marketing Administrator with experience using Go High Level CRM. A big part of this role is using the CRM - Go High Level to add new clients, post marketing material, create sales funnels, etc. You need to have extensive experience using CRM’s and specifically Go High Level.

Tasks & responsibilities

Go High Level CRM Management:

  • Diary Management: Scheduling and organising meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Email Management: Filtering and responding to emails on behalf of the principal.
  • Task Coordination: Managing to-do lists and prioritising tasks.
  • Social Media Management: Creating posts using Canva, scheduling, and posting content on social media platforms.
  • Social Media Strategy: Market research, competitor analysis, creating content.
  • Communication: Acting as a point of contact between the principal and external parties.
  • Research: Conducting research and preparing reports.
  • Personal Errands: Handling personal tasks such as shopping or appointments.

Go High Level CRM Tasks

  • Lead Management: Capture and track leads from various sources.
  • Automated Marketing: Runs automated email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Pipeline Management: Manages sales pipelines with visual tracking.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Integrates with calendars to automate booking and reminders.
  • Customer Communication: Centralizes customer communication across channels.
  • Funnel Builder: Creates and manages sales funnels.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 years Go High Level CRM experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant.
  • Social media creation.
  • Strong English competency.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Suites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with word processing and email programs.
  • Active listening and good communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php36,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
