GEODETIC ENGINEER

Job Description

• Assists in fulfilling all survey requirements of the company
• Supervises instrument man and ensures proper execution of survey works
• Conducts land and property surveys in various locations e.g. Zambales, Palawan, Marinduque, etc.
• Performs survey and preliminary feasibility assessments on properties offered for acquisition
• Facilitates the procurement of survey instruments, tools and software necessary for efficient work operations
• Ensure that all surveys comply with legal and technical standards, particularly those involving land titling, subdivision, consolidation and re-establishment of property boundaries.

Job Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Geodetic Engineer
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience in both field and office survey operations
• With extensive background in various types of property surveys, such as relocation, consolidation-subdivision, topographic and construction surveys.
• Highly proficient in computer applications related to surveying.
• Preferably with experience in GPS equipment handling and computation.
• Capable of coordinating and transacting with government agencies, e.g. LGU, DPWH, LMS-DENR.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
