We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Portal Specialist to join our BPO team. - Troubleshooting: Resolve login issues, password resets, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) hurdles for team members.
- Audit & Security: Conduct regular audits of active users; deactivate access immediately for offboarded employees to ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Documentation: Create "How-To" guides for accessing specific portals and keep practice information (NPI, Tax ID, Provider info) updated within these systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Tech Savviness: High comfort level navigating various web-based platforms and managing browser-based security settings.
- Attention to Detail: You’ll be handling sensitive Tax IDs and NPI numbers; precision is non-negotiable.
- Security Mindset: Understanding of basic cybersecurity hygiene (Password managers, MFA, and data privacy).
- Communication: Strong written English skills for coordinating with insurance help desks and office managers.
- Experience: Prior experience in a BPO environment or Healthcare/Dental RCM is highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
