Quality Control Inspector

The QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all bottles produced meet company and industry quality standards. This includes inspecting bottles for physical defects, verifying dimensions, checking material integrity, and ensuring labeling and packaging compliance. The role involves working closely with production teams to monitor quality and help maintain consistent standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect bottles during and after production for visual and dimensional defects (e.g., cracks, discoloration, deformities, wall thickness, etc.)
• Conduct tests such as leak tests, drop tests, weight checks, and stress/pressure resistance tests.
• Verify that the bottles meet specified standards (customer specifications, industry regulations, and internal guidelines).
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed QC reports and documentation.
