  • Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
  • Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment Coordinator to support talent acquisition efforts across multiple locations and workforce needs.

This is not a passive recruiting role. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, builds talent pipelines, maintains momentum throughout the hiring process, and helps ensure workforce stability through consistent sourcing and candidate engagement.

Core Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source qualified candidates for a variety of positions across multiple locations and markets
  • Build, maintain, and nurture active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels
  • Develop sourcing strategies to support workforce demands and reduce vacancy risks

Candidate Screening & Coordination

  • Conduct initial candidate screening conversations and qualification assessments
  • Review resumes and identify candidates who align with role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate progression throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience

Recruitment Operations

  • Track recruiting activity, candidate status updates, and hiring metrics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS, CRM, and recruitment systems
  • Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment compliance requirements
  • Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness

Stakeholder Communication

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams regarding workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to leadership
  • Assist in workforce planning efforts by identifying talent availability and hiring trends
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 2–3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or workforce development experience
  • Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline management skills
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment databases
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities simultaneously

Good to Haves

  • Experience recruiting across multiple states, regions, or markets
  • Background in contract staffing, workforce management, or high-volume recruitment
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven, government-related, or regulated hiring environments
  • Experience supporting onboarding and workforce retention initiatives
