Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST
Working Hours: 4 hours per day
Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

About the Role

TeamFicient is a dynamic organization passionate about creativity and visual storytelling. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to bring our ideas to life through compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. If you have an eye for design, a strong grasp of brand identity, and love seeing your work make an impact, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

Brand and Visual Design

Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs that align with brand guidelines
Create branding materials, including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual style guides

Marketing and Content Design

Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, infographics, and presentations
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio required; a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus, but not required with equivalent experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar)
