Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support branding, content development, presentation design, and digital marketing initiatives across the organization. This role will support both internal marketing efforts and client-facing presentation development, helping create polished, professional materials that align with the client's consulting and technology-focused brand.
The ideal candidate has experience with social media management, graphic design, presentation development, and marketing coordination. This individual should be comfortable working collaboratively with leadership while managing multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create and maintain polished marketing collateral, presentations, and branded materials.
- Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use.
- Support company branding initiatives and help modernize presentation templates and marketing assets.
- Develop graphics, visual assets, and supporting materials for trade shows, events, and campaigns.
- Assist with marketing content creation across multiple digital platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop visually engaging materials aligned with company goals.
- Maintain consistency across company branding, messaging, and presentation standards.
Social Media & Content Coordination
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling across relevant platforms.
- Create marketing graphics, post concepts, and supporting visual content.
- Support digital outreach and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate updates to marketing materials based on current campaigns, events, or target industries.
- Research industry trends and contribute ideas for ongoing content development.
- Help organize and maintain digital marketing assets and shared content libraries.
Operational & Team Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing business development and marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Participate in virtual meetings with leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication in a remote work environment.
- Assist with additional creative, marketing, or administrative projects as needed.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, graphic design, or related fields.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation design experience required.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Experience supporting B2B companies, consulting firms, or technology-focused organizations preferred.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting trade show marketing or event preparation.
- Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and branded proposal materials.
- Understanding of ERP, technology consulting, or digital transformation industries.
Pay: Php81,000.00 - Php93,000.00 per month
