Full job description
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help resolve end-user technical problems and provide timely support.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications.
- Monitor network performance and report connectivity issues.
- Assist in maintaining servers, routers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Support in creating backups and ensuring data security.
- Document software configurations and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and inventory.
- Support IT team in ongoing projects like system upgrades or preventive maintenance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a student taking up a bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Knowledge of IT support tools, troubleshooting techniques, and system maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
