Our company is looking for an experienced Corporate IT Support Associate to join our growing team. Your duties include reaching out to our existing customer base to explore potential opportunities for additional products and work with prospective customers or contact sales leads to provide technical information.
You typically help customers choose products that meet their technological needs and answer questions about compatibility, functionality, and implementation. You may also provide specifications and technical details to a customer's IT department to ease installation.
EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any IT-related courses
Experience: with at least 1 year experience in the field of both technical and pre-sales
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Networking Configuration and solution selling are the key requirements for this role.
- In track with IT industry’s trends and technological advancements.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers while confidently speaking about the company’s products.
- Responsible in providing Pre and Post Sales/Technical support to the clients.
- Willing to travel to any part of the country to engage with clients in discussing requirements and possible solutions.
- Knowledge in Data Center & Virtual Machine management is a plus.
