Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Answer inbound calls and inquiries
- Present and explain products/services clearly
- Persuade customers to make a purchase
- Handle objections and negotiate deals
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Follow up on leads and previous customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Patience and resilience (handling rejection is common)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
