With multiple branch openings planned across Metro Manila and key cities throughout the Philippines, we are seeking ambitious and talented individuals who aspire to become future retail leaders.

Position Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, promoting products, and contributing to the achievement of store sales objectives.

Work Location: Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque City

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process.
• Support merchandising and promotional activities.
• Maintain store presentation standards.
• Contribute to a positive customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate.
• With Previous sales experience.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Pleasing personality and professional demeanor.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused.
• Well-groomed with the ability to effectively represent the LILANZ brand.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Passionate about sales, fashion, and customer engagement.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
