The Role

We're growing our designer team and looking for talented, self-driven creatives — graphic designers, web designers, and illustrators — to join us on a full-time remote basis.

You'll own projects end-to-end: from brief to final delivery, across a wide variety of industries and client types. You'll report directly to your manager and collaborate with teammates across time zones. Expect variety — every week brings new clients, new challenges, and new opportunities to flex your creative range.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full-time or freelance designer
• Strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite; Sketch and Figma experience a plus for web design roles
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience taking a design project from concept to polished delivery independently
• Excellent written and spoken English — you'll communicate directly with clients and teammates globally
• A collaborative mindset with a genuine drive to keep learning and improving

Schedule & Time Zones

This is a full-time role (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM). We hire across three time zones:

• US Eastern (EST) — 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
• Southeast Asia (ICT) — 9 AM – 6 PM Indochina Time
• Eastern Europe (EET) — 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern European Time
