Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Recruiter professional to assist with global hiring activities. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Candidate Sourcing
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Post and manage job advertisements on relevant hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for open roles.
2. Screening & Candidate Evaluation
- Review resumes and candidate profiles to assess qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate communication skills, technical capabilities, and candidate interest.
- Shortlist suitable candidates for hiring manager interviews.
3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to final selection.
4. Reporting & Updates
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
- Share weekly reports including sourced candidates, interviews scheduled, and positions closed.
Working Schedule
- Total Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Shift Structure: Two separate shifts of 4 hours each
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Philippines Time)
- Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM (Philippines Time)
Due to the nature of global recruitment, the schedule may be adjusted occasionally to accommodate hiring needs across different time zones. Any adjustments must be communicated in advance.
Compensation
- Base Payment: ₱10,000 per month
- The contractor must successfully close at least 1 position per month to remain eligible for the monthly base payment.
Performance-Based Bonus/Commission
- ₱5,000 commission for each successfully hired candidate.
Commission Payment Terms
- Commission will be paid only after the hired candidate successfully completes a 2-month probation period with the company.
- The compensation offered to candidates may vary based on their experience, skills, and role requirements. The Company is not obligated to offer the same compensation to every candidate, and the final offer may be have some changes based on evaluation.
Engagement Terms
- This role is offered as an Independent Contractor position.
- No employee benefits will apply under local or international labor laws.
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
