Land Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to support our construction projects by delivering accurate land measurements, topographic data, and site layouts. The role ensures that all works are executed in accordance with approved plans, technical specifications, and legal boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and leveling instruments
• Perform site “setting out” and establish control points for accurate project execution
• Knowledge in GPS TRK and Total Station
• Process survey data using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or GIS tools
• Verify land records, titles, and survey data for compliance and accuracy
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams for project alignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering or Civil Engineering preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in construction surveying (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
• Proficient in Total Stations (e.g., Leica, Topcon) and RTK GPS
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
