Recruitment Specialist (Davao Based)

Full-Time | 40 hours per week | 8hrs a day | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time)

About the Role

A fast-growing company supporting YouTube channels and high-level mentorship clients by building high-performing remote teams. The company specializes in sourcing top-tier Filipino creative talent, helping clients scale through hiring and operational excellence.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Recruitment Specialist who can manage end-to-end hiring for creative and operational roles. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of hiring in the digital and creative space and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

This is a role for someone who thrives in recruitment, communicates effectively with both clients and candidates, and is passionate about improving hiring systems and outcomes.

Day-to-Day Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for creative and management roles
• Source, screen, and shortlist Filipino creative talent (video editors, designers, SMMs, etc.)
• Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain organized applicant tracking systems
• Communicate with clients to align on hiring needs and provide updates
• Draft and publish job postings across platforms
• Coordinate interviews and support onboarding processes
• Build and maintain talent databases using tools like Google Sheets or ClickUp
• Continuously improve recruitment processes for speed and quality
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Software / Platforms / Tools

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• ClickUp / Project Management tools
• Slack / Communication tools
• Job platforms (LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.)
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• AI tools for sourcing, screening, and workflow optimization

Qualifications

• Must be based in Davao City (non-negotiable)
• Office-based / onsite in Davao
• At least 2+ years of recruitment experience for remote teams
• At least 1 year of experience in an agency or production environment
• Proven experience hiring Filipino creative talent (non-negotiable)
• 5+ years combined experience in HR or operations
• Strong English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and process-driven mindset

Bonus Points If You Are

• AI-literate and able to use prompt engineering effectively
• A graduate of BS Communications, Advertising, or Marketing
• With HR or Labor certifications, or a background in paralegal work

Success Metrics

• High-quality candidates are consistently delivered and perform well in their roles
• Recruitment processes are efficient, organized, and free of unnecessary delays
• Communication is proactive, clear, and reliable for both clients and candidates

Job Offer:

• $1,000 USD a month (Probationary)
• $1,100 USD a month (after 90 days)
• Gas Allowance
• Food Allowance
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
• Daily reporting to HQ in Lanang, Davao City
