KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Franchise-Aligned Student Acquisition Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement timely student acquisition strategies across digital and on-ground platforms.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns to meet enrollment targets, includes close collaboration with agencies.

Student Retention & Engagement

  • Design and implement retention programs to improve student continuity and re-enrollment.
  • Track student lifecycle and identify drop-out points, get insights through Center Management File.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Oversee and assign tasks under section and provide insights.
  • Supervise section to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With 3-5 years of student acquisition, marketing, sales, or customer lifecycle management, with at least 1 year in supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels
  • Ability to analyze conversion funnels, retention metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
