HR Assistant

Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation is located at the Laguna International Industrial Park (LIIP) Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna established in 2007. Tubotech Philippines is the manufacturing base for our head office located in Australia.

Tubotech specializes in the design and manufacture of stainless-steel tubular products such as bathroom support rails, shower seats, faucets, bathroom accessories, and plumbing components. Manufacturing processes include CNC bending, TIG welding, Metal Polishing, CNC Lathe, and CNC Machining Centre.

Our goal is to produce products that are appreciated for their quality and workmanship, provide competitive pricing and good service to achieve an excellent reputation in both domestic and international markets.

Job Description:

• Provides day-to-day support to the HR function ensuring compliance with company standards, and Department of Labor and Employment
• Handles recruitment, onboarding and employee induction
• Manages task related to benefits administration and general HR administration
• Assist the HR Supervisor in maintaining and improving HR policies, procedures and forms

Qualifications:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience as an HR Assistant or in similar HR/administrative role
• Solid knowledge of recruitment, labor laws and benefits administration
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
