Job Description:

We are looking for a Bangus Deboner who is skilled, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently debone milkfish (bangus) for food processing and packaging. The ideal candidate must be able to follow hygiene standards and work with speed and precision to meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully remove fish bones from bangus while maintaining meat quality
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area and tools
• Inspect and sort finished products based on company standards
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Meet daily quotas and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Must a Male(25-40years old)
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• With or without prior experience in fish processing (training will be provided)
• Preferably with the physical endurance or maturity suited for demanding production work
• Willing to undergo training as needed
• Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual
• Must be willing to be assigned in Manila.
• Open to all educational backgrounds (elementary, high school, or college graduates are welcome—as long as willing to work in production)
• Open to all genders (male, female, and non-binary individuals are welcome)
