Full job description
Responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, services, and supplies in accordance with company purchasing policies, ethical standards, and operational requirements. Ensures supplier performance, inventory support, cost optimization, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with approved purchasing procedures.
- Source qualified suppliers and obtain competitive quotations to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and service agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor and expedite delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery and uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain accurate monitoring of open purchase orders, pending deliveries, and supplier commitments.
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, and End Users regarding procurement requirements.
- Conduct supplier evaluation and performance monitoring based on cost, quality, delivery, and service.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, business ethics, and accreditation requirements.
- Analyze market trends, material availability, and pricing movements to support strategic purchasing decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Maintain updated supplier database and sourcing records.
- Perform first-level escalation on critical and high-risk procurement issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support project procurement requirements for local and offshore purchases.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost-saving analysis, and purchasing performance updates.
- Participate in supplier accreditation, vendor audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education Qualification: Preferably with Technical Know-how in Anylysis.
BS in Engineering: Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Electronics Communication Engineering.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
