Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: The warehouse supervisor role is needed to provide dedicated leadership and focus on warehouse operations, distinct from transportation management. The main focus of the warehouse supervisor is to ensure tighter control over IRA, receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• An advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, loss elimination, and process improvement within the FMCG industry.
• Preferably with a background in the e-commerce industry (e.g., Lazada, Shoppee, J&T, NinjaVan)
• Experience in conducting or supporting cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
