Job Summary

The position is responsible in performing assigned administrative tasks following the established procedures in order to provide effective support in the treatment and control of information related to the processing of claim, including the maintenance of information in the system and the document management generated.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree holder of any 4-year business-related course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Registration of Claim, providing status update to clients and lacking requirements if any
  • Coordination with Sales for policy coverage,
  • Monitoring of unregistered claim and requested lacking requirements
