QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF

1.1. Conducts quality inspections of footwear at the supplier’s warehouse before delivery.

2. Prepares summary inspection reports and communicates results to suppliers.

3. Conducts factory visits to inspect locally manufactured products.

4. Assists the Product Development Assistant in the following tasks:

• Coordinates with suppliers regarding shoe sample requirements.
• Prepares samples for presentation and selection, including assigning codes, identifying materials, and recording costs.
• Takes detailed notes on development instructions and design specifications.
• Prepares reports on selected samples.
• Coordinates with suppliers to ensure accuracy of development specifications.
• Monitors progress of sample development to ensure on-time and accurate submission.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders for suppliers.
• Gathers product information needed for pricing and costing.
• Prepares marketing sales kits.
• Updates delivery plans and schedules.
• Prepares product content and materials required by the Marketing Assistant and Visual Merchandiser for social media and online postings.
• Prepares product samples needed by the Sales Department for presentation to outright customers.

Job Qualifications:

• College degree in any field is an advantage.
• With at least 1 year of experience in quality inspection of footwear is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be hardworking, honest, and people-oriented.
• Can multitask and is a fast learner.
• Must be service-oriented toward suppliers and maintains a positive attitude.
• Knowledgeable and efficient in performing assigned tasks.
• With a pleasing personality.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
