Full job description

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Attendant, the Warehouse Helper shall assist in organizing the receiving, storage, distribution, and dispatch of all items in the plant. They will assist in manual sorting of goods and raw materials.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, and AUTHORITIES

Receiving

Assist in checking quality and amount/number of deliveries

Manual sorting of deliveries in designated storage areas

Ensure that pull-out of items follows FEFO or FIFO method

Dispatch

Assist in manual pull out of items for dispatch

Counter-check quantity and quality with Warehouse Attendant

Other Responsibilities

Assist in handling of goods internally

Comply with 5S and GMP especially in storing goods and materials

May perform other duties as needed

BASIC RELATIONSHIP

Reports to Supply Chain Supervisor

May be assigned other tasks by the Plant Manager

JOB SPECIFICATION

At least high school graduate

Preferably with warehousing experience

has good writing and communication skills

can navigate MS Office

Driving experience with 1,2,3 eligibility is a huge plus
