Full job description
- Coordinate with the Logistics and Operations Departments regarding scheduling and dispatch of orders.
- Monitor and organize daily delivery schedules and assignments of Delivery Riders.
- Coordinate with clients regarding payment collections, outstanding balances, and due payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of delivery-related documents and schedules.
- Address delivery concerns and provide updates to concerned departments and clients when necessary.
- Maintain proper records of dispatch schedules, deliveries, and collections.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field is an advantage.
- With experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, diligent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- With sense of responsibility, basic background on warehousing, and pleasing personality

- Las Piñas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
