Full job description

  • Coordinate with the Logistics and Operations Departments regarding scheduling and dispatch of orders.
  • Monitor and organize daily delivery schedules and assignments of Delivery Riders.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding payment collections, outstanding balances, and due payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of delivery-related documents and schedules.
  • Address delivery concerns and provide updates to concerned departments and clients when necessary.
  • Maintain proper records of dispatch schedules, deliveries, and collections.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field is an advantage.
  • With experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, diligent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • With sense of responsibility, basic background on warehousing, and pleasing personality
