The Product Support Staff – Claims and RMA supports the company’s after-sales operations by managing product claims, warranty processing, and return merchandise authorizations. This role involves validating customer concerns, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating with suppliers and service partners, and maintaining accurate reports and records. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle concerns professionally and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or any related course.
  • Experience in claims processing, warranty handling, customer service, or RMA operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Possesses initiative, common sense, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and customer-oriented.
  • Knowledge in gadgets, electronics, or IT products is an advantage.
  • Willing to work and be assigned in Hernan Cortez, Mandaue City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end claims monitoring and coordination with suppliers, brands, distributors, and internal teams
  • Submit weekly system-generated reports
  • Respond to inquiries and expedite client orders
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and monitor outstanding balances
  • Monitor client credit limits and payment terms compliance
  • Oversee daily operations of the RMA teams in Cebu and Manila
  • Handle escalations and provide timely resolution support
  • Provide regular RMA status updates to branch and clients
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth claims and RMA processing
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of claims, RMA, and Subdi-related transactions
