Position Overview:

The Recruitment and Engagement Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies of the organization for both driver operations and corporate hiring. The role ensures the company maintains a strong talent pipeline, standardized hiring processes, efficient onboarding systems, and sustainable workforce retention initiatives aligned with business growth targets.

The role will oversee recruitment operations, recruiter performance, hiring analytics, mass hiring initiatives, onboarding

standardization, and engagement programs while ensuring timely backfills and workforce continuity.

Key Responsibilities

I. Recruitment Leadership & Strategy

● Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for:

● Driver recruitment

● Corporate talent acquisition

● Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support operational and business expansion requirements.

● Plan and execute mass hiring initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

● Ensure all critical vacancies are backfilled within 30 days.

● Establish sourcing channels, partnerships, and recruitment pipelines to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

● Monitor recruitment metrics including:

1. Time-to-fill

2. Hiring conversion rates

3. Recruitment funnel effectiveness

4. Retention rates

5. Recruitment cost efficiency

II. Process Development & Standardization

● Design and continuously improve:

1. Recruitment processes

2. Screening and interview workflows

3. Candidate evaluation standards

4. Onboarding processes

5. Hiring checklists

6. Recruitment process flows

7. Training documentation and SOPs

● Ensure standardization and compliance across all recruitment and onboarding activities.

● Create scalable systems that support high-volume and rapid hiring requirements.

III. Team Management

● Lead, coach, and manage recruiters and recruitment support staff.

● Set performance expectations, KPIs, and productivity standards for the recruitment team.

● Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

● Ensure recruiters provide a positive and professional candidate experience.

IV. Onboarding & Training

● Oversee onboarding execution for all new hires.

● Ensure onboarding completion, documentation compliance, and operational readiness.

● Facilitate training sessions for:

a. Hiring managers

b. Recruiters

c. New hires

● Conduct standardization and skills training to improve hiring quality and interviewer effectiveness.

V. Engagement & Retention

● Lead employee and driver engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale.

● Develop retention strategies and identify attrition trends.

● Coordinate engagement activities, recognition programs, and workforce initiatives.

● Work closely with operations and department leaders to improve workforce stability.

VI. Reporting & Analytics

● Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruitment and engagement reports.

● Analyze hiring and attrition trends and provide strategic recommendations.

● Maintain recruitment dashboards and workforce analytics.

● Present workforce updates and hiring forecasts to leadership.

VII. Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

● Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

● At least 2 years experience in managing recruitment teams.

● Experience in high-volume or mass hiring environments is highly preferred.

● Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding systems, and engagement programs.

● Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

● Experience in workforce planning, reporting, and process improvement.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and scaling environment.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • recruitment lead: 2 years (Preferred)
  • end to end recruitment : 5 years (Preferred)
