Role Description
The role of the Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant coordinates opererational activities, monitoring team performance, supporting sales initiatives, and driving continuous improvement efforts that contribute to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and client consultations.
- Support and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project and team performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop plans to support revenue growth and business objectives.
- Track and analyze sales performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and discovery calls with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or as an executive assistant, preferably with Sales experience
- Work Schedule: Able to work from 10am to 6pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST), 40 hrs weekly
- Experience with or familiarity with Monday.com
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools and applications
- Available to start within 1–2 weeks
Pay: Php5,500.00 - Php7,000.00 per week
