Job Description: Business Development Officer
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Officer who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while closing deals.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, understands digital marketing services, and can confidently manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across different industries
- Conduct discovery calls and recommend tailored solutions such as Web Development, SEO, and Paid Media
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to proposal presentation and contract closing
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and records using HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Help improve sales workflows and onboarding processes
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and delivery alignment
Qualifications
- Background in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, etc.)
- Experience in B2B sales and handling objections
- Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
