Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to new Kumon franchisees and ensure business is operating smoothly.
- Help develop strong business relationships with franchisees.
- Strengthen franchise center development through regular center visits, center visit reports, and consultation with instructors.
- Assess and provide recommendations on how the new franchisees can sustain and increase the profitability of their center.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder of any related course.
- Willing to do extensive travel in the Philippines.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Knowledge on franchise operations is a definite advantage.
