GSD Area Chair (MPA)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and supervision to faculty members within the assigned area
• Monitor and ensure quality of instruction, research, and academic delivery
• Assist in curriculum development, review, and program improvement
• Coordinate class schedules, faculty assignments, and teaching loads
• Evaluate faculty performance and recommend faculty development programs
• Assist in student academic concerns, advising, and program guidance
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic regulations
• Participate in academic planning, accreditation, and program evaluation
• Coordinate with the Dean and other academic units regarding program implementation
• Support research initiatives and academic excellence within the department

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in a relevant field (required)
• With teaching experience in graduate school level
• With academic leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong background in research and academic development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
