Retail Assistant / Cashier

JOB SUMMARY

Retail Assistant / Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cashiering transactions accurately, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the kiosk. The role supports daily store operations and helps deliver a positive customer experience aligned with the brand standards of Auro Chocolate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommend items based on customer preferences
• Process cash, card, and digital payment transactions accurately using the POS system
• Issue receipts and ensure proper cash handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper product display of the kiosk
• Replenish stocks and monitor inventory levels
• Assist in receiving deliveries and organizing stocks
• Support opening and closing procedures of the kiosk
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational standards
• Help achieve daily sales targets and store goals

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• Previous experience in retail, cashiering, food service, or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned at North EDSA, Quezon City
