St. Patrick Supreme Dialysis Center is looking for a dedicated and dependable Orderly / Clinic Aide to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while assisting patients and supporting daily clinic operations.

Position:

Orderly / Clinic Aide

• Assist patients with mobility and other non-clinical needs
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall orderliness of the entire clinic and dialysis center at all times
• Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of all dialysis areas, treatment rooms, patient waiting areas, comfort rooms, pantry, storage rooms, and common areas in accordance with infection control standards
• Prepare treatment areas before and after dialysis sessions
• Assist nurses and dialysis technicians with non-clinical support tasks
• Collect, segregate, transport, and properly dispose of all clinic waste to the designated waste holding area following clinic policies and environmental regulations
• Ensure proper handling and segregation of hazardous/infectious waste, food waste, and general waste in compliance with infection control and waste management protocols
• Monitor waste bins and ensure timely collection and replacement of garbage liners throughout the clinic
• Support implementation of infection prevention and control procedures within the facility
• Assist the admin staff in inventory, ordering, receiving, and replenishing clinic supplies
• Assist in organizing inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management as necessary

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience in a Healthcare Setting (clinic, hospital, or dialysis) is an preferred
• Must have TESDA Housekeeping NC II or Caregiving NC II Certification
• Physically fit and willing to assist patients and perform cleaning, sanitation, disinfection and waste management.
• Trustworthy, hardworking, patient-oriented, and with good work ethics

Work Location: 3/F PLE Health Hub, 12 N. Domingo, Cor. San Perfecto St., San Juan City, Metro Manila

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
