Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Admin/Accounting Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Administration and Accounting Department. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts. This role also requires strong leadership skills to effectively supervise staff and ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Supervise and guide accounting and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely employee compensation.
- Participate in tax preparation, tax compliance, and tax audits when required.
- Prepare and analyze budget reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and properly maintained.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies and operational issues.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial performance and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative supervision.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
