Position: Project Supervisor

Company: MODERNBRANDS INC

Work Location: Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City (Landmark: Along Del Monte & D. Tuazon near Munoz, Banawe, Mayon, G. Roxas & Balintawak)

Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8:00AM - 5:00PM) & Saturdays (8:00AM - 3:00PM)

At Modernbrands Inc we’re looking for a dynamic Project Supervisor to lead our technical team and ensure every initiative is executed with precision and success.

Your Mission:

Manages Installation and technical group to ensure a smooth flow of communication and cascades all management directives.
Attends site meetings with contractors, architects and designers as needed.
Validates requests of sales or designers and schedules installers for site measurement and markings.
Conducts pre-installation meeting with lead designer, installation team and other concerned department before delivery and installation.

Who You Are:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
Passionate with managing projects and keeping things within the timeline and budget.
5+ years of experience as Project Supervisor, Project Architect or Manager.
Excellent communicator
Highly organized with the ability to meet project timelines and budgets.
Bonus: Background in Modular Cabinetry is a plus
