Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource utilization.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to internal teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project development.
• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, specifications, and client records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in signage, construction, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and building regulations.
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required by the project.
