Ecommerce Operations Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Operations Associate to support our e-commerce operations across platforms like Shopee and Lazada. This role involves close coordination with the warehouse, logistics, and online operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment, accurate inventory handling, and smooth day-to-day e-commerce logistics. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or warehouse support, with knowledge of online selling platforms and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Fulfillment Support – Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch in line with Shopee, Lazada, and other platform requirements.
• Inventory Coordination – Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy across all digital channels. Assist with stock counts, restocking, and reconciliation tasks.
• Order Processing – Ensure timely and accurate processing of online orders, including printing waybills, tagging items, and coordinating with couriers.
• Platform Logistics Alignment – Follow specific fulfillment guidelines for Shopee, Lazada, and similar platforms to meet customer and platform standards (e.g., packing rules, cut-off times).
• Product Handling – Support in the receiving, inspection, labeling, and shelving of new products within the warehouse.
• Customer Order Support – Coordinate with the e-commerce team to address issues related to order delays, returns, or inventory discrepancies.
• Packing Standards Compliance – Maintain packaging quality to ensure items are securely and correctly packed, reducing returns or damages.
• Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with the e-commerce, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure end-to-end order success.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Familiarity with Shopee and Lazada platforms is a must
• Understanding of e-commerce order processing and inventory management
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse tasks (lifting, moving boxes, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Effective communicator and team player, with good coordination skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
