As a key player in the country’s shift to clean energy, EPI is committed to delivering innovative and sustainable power solutions.

We are seeking a Market Analytics Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role will analyzes structured business and market data to generate charts, reports, dashboards, and analytical insights that support decision‑making across the organization, with particular emphasis on inputs required by the Power Economics team for tariff development, pricing analysis, and scenario evaluation. The role translates complex datasets into clear, accurate, and decision‑ready information, working closely with the Data Engineer to ensure data usability and with the Business & Market Intelligence Manager to align outputs with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze structured datasets to generate market insights, trends, and comparative views relevant to power markets
• Develop charts, tables, dashboards, and visual materials that clearly communicate key market and industry information
• Prepare analytical inputs and summaries required by the Power Economics team for tariff setting, pricing models, and scenario analysis
• Validate analytical outputs for accuracy, consistency, and relevance prior to dissemination
• Coordinate with the Data Engineer to refine data structures, resolve data issues, and improve analytical usability
• Support ad‑hoc analytical requests related to markets, regulation, supply, demand, and project economics

Qualifications:

• Educational Attainment - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
• At least 3–5 years relevant experience in market analysis, analytics, or economic analysis roles. Good understanding of the power industry, including market structures, tariffs, regulatory influences, supply‑demand dynamics, and pricing drivers; Experience translating market and industry data into charts, dashboards, and analytical summaries; Experience supporting pricing, tariff, or economic analysis teams is a strong advantage
