Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Staff to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The role involves assisting in both compensation and benefits administration and the end-to-end recruitment process, including accurate timekeeping, government compliance, employee records management, and candidate sourcing. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate HR task execution while maintaining confidentiality and supporting other core HR functions.

Job Description

  • Process and validate timekeeping and attendance records for timely payroll submission.
  • Ensure compliance and timely submission of reports to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including leaves, benefits, and employment history, in line with data protection policies.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, deployment, and candidate tracking.
  • Conduct new hire orientations to ensure clear understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Draft and issue HR communications such as memos, letters, and notices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for staffing and employee concerns.
  • Assist in disciplinary procedures, ensuring due process and policy adherence.
  • Support performance evaluation tracking and administration.
  • Meet all HR task deadlines with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned and gain exposure to various HR functions for professional growth.

Job Qualification.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • With at least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in general HR functions or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential employee data.
  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and attentive to details.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Knowledge of government regulatory requirements related to employment and employee benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
