Job Title: Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant
Work Setup: Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant to support daily operations of our short-term rental properties. The main responsibilities include managing guest communications and handling property listings. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and experienced in both customer service and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other platforms
- Assist guests before, during, and after their stay
- Handle listing modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure smooth turnovers
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Manage reservation-level financials in Guesty Folio, including guest billing, charge adjustments, payment tracking, refunds, and reconciliation of booking transactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Short Term Rental Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Strong guest communication and customer service skills
- Hands-on experience with Guesty and Guesty Folio
- Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or property management systems
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience managing multiple properties
- Strong understanding of property management workflows
- Experience using Guesty and Guesty Folio
