Key Responsibilities include:
Social Media Management:
- Oversee the brand's social media accounts, crafting and scheduling engaging content.
- Manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand presence and reach audiences.
- Analyse social media metrics to guide content strategy and engagement efforts.
PPC Advertisements:
- Create and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across Google and various social media platforms.
- Manage budgets and bids for PPC campaigns to ensure efficient ad spend.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
SEO and Digital PR:
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including keyword research and link-building.
- Collaborate with other teams to create digital PR initiatives that enhance brand reputation.
- Develop and implement contents, blog, articles for websites and digital platforms.
Marketplace Management:
- Manage product listings and promotional strategies on e-commerce platforms like TouchBio website, Amazon and eBay.
- Identify and leverage new marketplace opportunities to increase sales and brand exposure.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure smooth marketplace operation.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute digital strategies for lead generation through digital channels like landing page, email marketing, forms.
- Utilise platforms such as Hubspot , Mailchimp or ClickSend for campaign automation and tracking.
- Analyse lead generation data to refine tactics and improve return on investment (ROI).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC, SEO, and social media management.
- Experience with e-commerce marketplace management and digital lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and automation software
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to produce engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and additional language skills may be advantageous depending on the geographic focus of the marketing efforts
