SLI PROJECT HEAD TEAM LEADER

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent extensive experience in operations management
• At least 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry, with proven experience managing multiple teams or team leaders
• Willingness to handle assignments across various operational areas
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, with the ability to mentor, guide, and evaluate Team Leaders
• In-depth understanding of operational processes, compliance standards, and quality control requirements
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including reporting and stakeholder coordination
• Proficient in computer applications; experience with project management, operations, or performance monitoring tools is an advantage
• Highly organized with the ability to consolidate, analyze, and submit accurate operational reports on time
• Willing to be assigned in Daraga Albay

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and oversee multiple Team Leaders to ensure efficient execution of operational objectives
• Provide strategic support to the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling overall operations
• Monitor performance of Team Leaders and their respective teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and project standards across all teams
• Review, consolidate, and submit accurate operational and performance reports within required timelines
• Serve as the primary escalation point for issues raised by Team Leaders and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to address operational concerns
• Enforce quality assurance standards and ensure consistent service delivery across all operational areas
• Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities; recommend and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality
• Perform other leadership and operational duties as assigned by senior management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
