SR. QUANTITY SURVEY ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for

• leading the Quantity Survey Section in managing project costs, contracts, and commercial aspects of construction projects.
• ensuring accurate cost planning, budget control, tender evaluation, contract administration, and timely project cost monitoring while maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• supervising and mentoring the QS team to ensure proper implementation of quantity surveying functions across projects.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum of 5 years relevant supervisory experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or Construction Cost Management
• Strong knowledge in construction drawings, specifications, cost estimation, contracts, and project cost management
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Planswift, CostX, or other estimating software
• Strong analytical, mathematical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively
• Knowledge in procurement, contract administration, and project budgeting is an advantage

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
