As a Visual Merchandiser at Straightforward, you'll play a pivotal role in managing merchandise displays, aligning VM strategies with the brand's creatives, driving new product launches, and ensuring consistent store displays across all branches.

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the overall presentation of merchandise in stores.
• Ensure the VM strategy aligns with the broader creative vision of the Straightforward brand.
• Implement changes in displays to showcase new product launches and reflect brand-wide campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the store experience team to maintain uniform store displays across all Straightforward branches.
• Willingly travel between stores to ensure consistent and effective merchandise displays.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising or a related field.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and customer engagement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel between stores as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
