RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Governance

  • Define, lead, and execute the IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap aligned the company's business goals and expansion plans.
  • Serve as IT advisor to senior leadership, providing insights, risk assessments, and technology-driven recommendations.
  • Align IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability,and compliance across all locations.

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), cybersecurity, and data systems.
  • Ensure high system availability, reliability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness across all hotel properties and corporate offices.
  • Lead pre-opening and post-opening IT planning and deployment for new hotels, ensuring standardized, timely, and cost-effective implementation.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, automation, reporting, and guest experience.
  • Encourage the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative solutions that support hospitality and retail operations.
  • Ensure effective integration of core systems such as PMS, POS, ERP, CRM

Data Privacy, Security & Compliance (DPO Role)

  • Act as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy

regulations, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and relevant international

regulations.

  • Oversee data protection governance, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

People Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the local IT, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, IT service providers, and technology partners, including contract negotiation, SLA management, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, finance, marketing, and corporate teams to ensure IT solutions support business needs.Financial & Resource Management
  • Prepare, manage, and optimize the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum return on technology investments.
  • Monitor technology expenditures, vendor costs, and capital investments to align with organizational priorities.
