Audit Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Marikina Heights, Marikina City
Department: Finance / Audit
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Manager to oversee internal audit functions, ensure compliance with regulations, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. The Audit Manager will lead audit engagements and support risk management initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute internal and external audit activities
- Lead and supervise audit team members
- Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Identify areas for operational improvement and risk reduction
- Coordinate with external auditors when necessary
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not required
- 5–8 years of experience in auditing or accounting
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and audit
- High attention to detail and strong ethical standards
