Position Overview:

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. This is a unique opportunity to work independently, contribute to the creation of policies and procedures, and help build the department from the ground up in collaboration with expert medical team.

Gross Monthly Basic Salary :

  • 23,000 (Probationary Period)
  • 25,000 (Upon Regularization)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (e.g., X-ray)
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment in accordance with standards
  • Lead the creation, developing and implementing department policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
  • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Radiologic Technology
  • Must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist (PRC Licensed)
  • With or without experience but willing to lead the Imaging department and work independently (fresh graduates are welcome to apply )
  • Knowledgeable in radiologic procedures, process and safety protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be trained and take on leadership responsibilities
  • Preferred applicants must be currently in Manila

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in various imaging techniques.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology relevant to imaging.
  • Excellent patient care, communication skills and work ethics
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple patients.
  • Knowledge of any clinic or hospital / medical record systems is a plus.

Work Location

2/F PLE Health Hub, N. Domingo St. corner San Perfecto St., San Juan City

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position; Mondays (8am-5pm) to Saturdays (7am-12nn)
  • Direct patient contact with exposure to imaging equipment; safety protocols must be strictly followed.
