Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and developing store personnel.

Work Location: Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque City

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations.
Support sales achievement and operational goals.
Supervise and coach store employees.
Monitor inventory and stock movements.
Ensure proper visual merchandising standards.
Assist in employee scheduling and workforce planning.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Prepare operational reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course preferred.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail operations.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Results-driven with strong organizational abilities.
Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
Friendly, approachable, and confident in handling customer and employee concerns.
Well-groomed with the ability to represent a premium retail brand professionally.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
