Solaric is looking for our country’s best and brightest for our growing company. The past ten years we have been tirelessly installing solar in every imaginable application. Residential, Commercial, Industrial, missionary off grid, Utility scale and even moving cars, and mobile Library vans.

Normally we hire within, but now we are all working our human limits and need more talent. We are looking for the best, brightest and the hard working. It is not an easy job working for us as we have little barriers on expectations from our employees. Our solar design engineers sometimes has to do sales calls as we want straight answers for our clients or ride a motorcycle in a remote island jungle. What we do look is a passion for the environment, individuals looking to build a career in renewable energy and finding power solutions for our energy-starved country.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): auto cad, technical, critical thinking, circuit design, instrumentation and electrical measurements, organizational, team work, communication
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys or ocular inspection to prospective clients
  • Prepare accurate and well presented draft of drawings, wiring diagrams, wiring connection specification as specified in the plan.
  • Prepare and interpret specifications given by the client.
  • Review completed electrical drawings for accuracy and conformity to standards and regulations.
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Inspect installation; mounting systems, solar panel installation and electrical system which include breaker and wire sizes, tapping point and connections, proper grounding, etc.
  • Visit proposed installation site and existing job sites if necessary, including climbing to roofs.
  • Provide technical support for Sales Department as needed.
