Sales Account Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Pasig. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating leads, delivering excellent customer service, and effectively communicating to address client needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop a better solutions offering for customers

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in critical facilities, data center solutions, or business infrastructure
- Demonstrated expertise in handling and closing sales opportunities involving critical facilities management solutions, including but not limited to:
a. Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS)
b. Precision Air Conditioning Units (PACU)
c. Other mission-critical infrastructure systems
- Strong understanding of data center environments, power continuity systems, and cooling solutions is highly preferred
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction and customer service excellence, with the ability to build, develop, and sustain long-term client relationships
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and client engagements effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet or exceed sales targets
- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required
