Offer:

One Year Contract - 30,000PHP monthly salary for full time job 40 hours a week

* Available to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5:00 PM following Melbourne, Australia time

Role Overview:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and creative Social Media & Influencer Management Coordinator to support our influencer marketing and social media activities.

This role is responsible for sourcing influencers, coordinating collaborations, assisting with social media management, and ensuring all content aligns with our luxury brand positioning.

Also, this rule requires for a creative and fast-paced Junior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to support our social media and advertising content.

This role is ideal for someone who understands mobile-first content and has a strong eye for beauty and luxury aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out and secure a minimum of 2 influencers per week to visit the store
Research and identify influencers aligned with the brand aesthetic and target audience
Coordinate influencer bookings, schedules, and treatment arrangements
Write clear campaign briefs and content directions for influencers
Ensure influencers understand deliverables, posting timelines, and brand expectations
Follow up on content submissions, posting dates, and ad codes if required
Assist in managing influencer relationships and maintaining a positive experience
Support day-to-day social media management across Instagram and TikTok
Assist with posting schedules, captions, story uploads, and community engagement
Monitor influencer and social media performance and provide basic reporting
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign priorities and content needs
Ensure all content reflects the premium and luxury positioning of the brand
Edit short-form mobile-first videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Meta Ads
Create engaging ad creatives with strong hooks and fast-paced editing
Design static graphics for social media posts, stories, promotions, and ads
Assist in creating luxury-focused visual content aligned with brand guidelines
Add text overlays, transitions, music, and basic motion graphics
Adapt content into multiple formats and durations for different platforms
Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaign ideas quickly
Deliver content on time in a fast-moving environment

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, PR, or related roles
2–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiar Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta Ads creative styles, and current social media trends
Able to work fast and manage multiple collaborations at once
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or luxury brands is highly preferred
Experience editing short-form social media videos
Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing/design software
Able to create static designs and social media visuals
Fast turnaround and able to work under deadlines
Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetic, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
Basic understanding of branding and luxury visual direction is a plus
